A consummate communicator with a diverse skill set and background, Andrea has more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, public relations and strategic corporate communications, with a particular emphasis on travel and tourism.

​

She has worked across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, including medical colleges, national security and industrial organisations, as well as possessing an in-depth knowledge of the workings of the travel sector, including regional tourism organisations, travel agencies, wholesalers, insurance brokers, GSAs and airlines.

​

Andrea also has an almost 30-year association with China and Asia. Since her first extended stay in China in 1988, Andrea developed a passion for the region. Her experience includes more than seven years spent living, working and studying in China and Thailand, an Asian Studies Management graduate diploma, the establishment of a China office for an Australian travel based company and Mandarin language skills.

She stays current with travel and tourism trends in China through regular trips to China and attending conferences and forums, liaising with peak travel bodies and through a global China-network.

​

In addition to her corporate work, she is Chair of the Lay Committee of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA), NSW President of Women Chiefs of Enterprises International (WCEI) and a Board Director of Beehive Industries Cooperative and Agribusiness Regional Development Association (ARDA).

​

Current and past clients include: BIG4 Holiday Parks, the China Australia Millennial Project, Europe Holidays, Insider Journeys, Inland NSW Tourism, Sabre Pacific, Adventure World, the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, Keystone Corporate Positioning, Jetset Travelworld Group, Telstra SNP Monitoring and SNP Security, and brings an intuitive business approach to all her roles and projects.

Andrea has a passion for travel and tourism, and China. As a strong communicator with a love of languages, an interest in conveying messages and cultural exchange, she has a desire to work strategically with her clients to achieve the best outcome.

Robert Crowe

Director

Robert has worked in the areas of organisational process and capability for over 20 years. Before starting his own consultancy in 2006 he held senior management positions in operations, sales and marketing, and business unit change management projects.


As a facilitator, coach and trainer, he works with organisations to develop core capabilities to manage change and growth.

​

Robert has a unique set of skills and organisational insights gained through working in the private and government sectors, in varying types of organisations and industries.

 

In these roles Robert has worked with all levels from board room to shop floor to develop inclusive systems and cultures that are aligned to organisational goals, customer requirements and sustainability.

 

Robert currently coaches, consults and delivers workshops throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia in Leadership, Corporate Skills, Boardroom Development, Risk Management, and Management Systems.

 

Robert has held board and advisory positions within NSW Government, Not For Profit and Private sector. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sydney Graduate School of Management (UWS), is a Graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

 

His passion is helping individuals and organisations develop skills to grow, and to give them the confidence and courage to use their knowledge to be advocates for good leadership practice.
